Data in the app
Route coordinates, times, stops, footprint cells and the packing lists, medicine names and reminder schedules you enter are stored locally. Apple Watch records sync directly to your phone through WatchConnectivity. We do not operate a backend that receives these routes or lists.
Location and maps
Location permission enables foreground or background route recording. You can decline or change it in system Settings, and switch off automatic recording in Me. Map features use Apple MapKit and may request map content from Apple over the network, under Apple’s service and privacy rules. We do not receive your full route.
Photo library access
Only when you choose to add footprints from photos, the app reads capture locations and times from the photos or videos you have permitted it to access. It uses this metadata to light footprint cells, without reading image content, uploading photos or saving photo copies.
Reminders, purchases and exports
Lists and medication reminders are handled locally. You enter medicine names, schedules and instructions; the app does not recommend medicines or doses. Apple handles in-app purchases. Pro can export GPX files containing precise locations; share them only with people you trust. Full cloud sync and GPX restore/import are not currently available.
Managing your data
You can export or delete tracks in Me. Uninstalling removes that device’s local app data, but not exported files, data on another device or system backups; manage those separately. Device transfers and backups follow your Apple settings.
Advertising and tracking
The apps and these website pages do not include advertising or third-party analytics/tracking SDKs.
Website and support email
Cloudflare Pages hosts this website. To deliver pages and protect network security, Cloudflare may process IP addresses, requests and network information under its Privacy Policy. This does not mean the app uploads its local records. When you email us, we receive the address and content you provide to answer and handle your support request. Avoid sending unnecessary health, location or intimate records. Contact the same address to request deletion of information you supplied by email.
